  Data Repository
    Here, we present human age inference and origination mechanism inference based on Ensembl version73 and fly age inference based on Ensembl version78. Mysql dump for human age and origination mechanism inference is also available. In brief, we filtered inferences involved in repeat regions and concluded the gene-level inference by assigning them the oldest origination. We further screened the dataset for genes that are annotated as protein coding gene by Ensembl and that are not located on chromosome Y or mitochondrion. Data are released in the format of tsv (tab separated text file) and xlsx (Microsoft Excel file). Note that unix line break is adopted in tsv format.
    Human age inference and origination mechanism inference have been updated based on Ensembl version95 (README).
